Trophy Youth Empowerment (TYE) is a non-profit established in Tanga. Its mission is to enhance youth and adolescent socio-economic empowerment on health care development and holistic education support through an innovative and inspiring collaboration based on participation, respect, appreciation and mutual understanding.
Vist websiteThe job that was bestowed upon us was to create TYE’s website and its logo. Both their website and logo had to be modern, attractive and could concisely convey TYE’s mission to the public. Apart from that they also requested the presence of a donation section within their website. A page where they could raise funds internationally.
The site has exactly six pages. A home, projects, events, team and donations page. We did not include an about us page. Since we were able to clearly convey TYE's entire message right there on its landing page. Setting up the donation page was a challenge. As payment systems are close to non-existence in Africa. But we were able to overcome this obstacle by integrating flutterwave's API.
